  • Agricultural extension services promote and facilitate community-based advances in farming techniques and skills.
  • Rehabilitation and repair of agricultural irrigation infrastructure (e.g. dams, canals, reservoirs; shared responsibility with Ministry of Water & Mineral Resources)
  • Professional school for agriculture vocational skills established for the state.
  • Agricultural cooperatives renewed for the pricing and marketing of diversified agro-products.
  • Public outreach initiatives implemented to promote local/regional consumption by state population. Shape or at least support state level dialogue on international donor funded food imports crowding out local producers
  • Market access improved for producers and consumers.
  • It is crucial that IDPs and returnees to resettle their farms and regain their belonging
